As the Managing Director for Acru, he helps craft a relationship-focused culture that is redefining financial services. By choreographing data and technology with design thinking, Brad creates solutions to simplify processes and optimize organizations.

Improving Client Experience

In the past Brad founded Maxsell Real Estate, which still operates under his ownership and consultation with 21 agents in the North Atlanta and Augusta markets. Brad attributes his ability to succeed for fourteen years in real estate as a top producing sales associate and also as a managing broker to his dedication to improve the client experience.

Connecting Ideas and Technology

Combining his passion for new ideas with his skills in technology, Brad also created RETSO; a real estate technology conference attended by over 700 industry professionals each spring. In four short years, RETSO has grown to be one of the most respected events in the real estate industry.  Brad is also a past recipient of the Visionary Award for Technology by the National Association of REALTORS.

Investing in Community

Brad is immediate Past-President of the Cherokee Association of REALTORS and serves on the Strategic Planning Committee for the Georgia Association of REALTORS.  He is also a director on the board of Elm Street Cultural Arts Village, a non-profit community arts project. Additionally, he engages a large community of independent thinkers via facebook, twitter, google+ and his personal blog.
